1. Who we are
Apiboo (“the Service”) Apiboo ("the Service") is a family of developer and team tools — including the Workspace app and related products — operated by Samin Sabahudin Grahich (Apiboo), Traunaustraße 29/13, 4600 Wels, Österreich ("we", "us"); full operator details are in the Impressum. These terms govern use of the Apiboo applications, the apiboo.com website, and any cloud services behind them.
2. Your account
You need an account to use synced features. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
3. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout). Prices are shown excluding statutory VAT unless stated otherwise; VAT or equivalent taxes may be added depending on your country. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and already-paid periods are not refunded except where required by law.
4. Right of withdrawal for EU/EEA consumers (Widerrufsrecht)
If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with the Austrian Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz (FAGG). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Samin Sabahudin Grahich (Apiboo), hello@apiboo.com) ) of your decision by an unambiguous statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your decision, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Early loss of the right of withdrawal. If you expressly request that the Service start immediately during the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (or, for ongoing subscriptions, in proportion to what has already been supplied up to the point you notify us of your withdrawal), you agree to pay us an amount proportionate to what was supplied up to that point. Where you give this consent at signup, it is recorded and shown to you again at that time — this clause does not itself replace that step.

5. Your content
Collections, requests, environments, schemas, mock definitions, boards, documents and anything else you create remain yours. For content you sync to our cloud or share with a team, you grant us the limited license needed to store, transmit and display it to the people you share it with — nothing more. Content you publish to a public network or directory is made available to visitors under your direction; publishing strips request-level secrets where the app supports it, but you remain responsible for not publishing confidential material.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to attack systems you are not authorized to test, distribute malware (including via extensions), disrupt the Service itself, or violate applicable law. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse. API traffic you send with the client goes directly from your machine to the target API — you are solely responsible for it.
7. Extensions and integrations
Extensions are optional, installed only on explicit request, and run with the sandboxed permissions shown at install time. Extensions published by us are provided under these same terms. We may remove an extension from a marketplace if it is found to be harmful.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; maintenance, third-party outages or force majeure may cause downtime. Local-first features of the desktop app continue to work offline where the app supports it.
9. Warranty and liability
The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or where limits are not permitted by law.
10. Termination and changes
You may delete your account at any time; we may terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms — material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use after that constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by Austrian law; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. For consumers, the courts at your place of residence remain available alongside Austrian courts as required by law.
